In this world, people who were born different are considered a freak, they are often born with incomplete body structure, different or having abilities normal human wouldn't have. (x-men right ?)
I wanted to do something different because most of the time what you see would be heroics character standing handsomely in front of you saving the world.
No, I want to create a series of criminals wreaking havoc in front of you. hehexd

Very cool! I myself am working on a somewhat similar concept (a story centered around the villain instead of the hero,) and I think your take on it is amazing! You've earned yourself a new Watcher!
